The Abel Prize will be presented to Endre Szemerédi at an award ceremony in Oslo, Norway. There will be speeches by Professor Ragni Piene, chair of the Abel committee, and by Professor Nils Chr. Stenseth, President of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters. Immediately after the award ceremony there will be a reception.
